Managing Successful Virtual Teams

Is there anyone out there who is NOT working virtually? In the last several months, the world has shifted on its axis as to how we work: from sometimes remote to always remote.

Our distinguished panel will cover the best practices for success, a discussion on collaboration tools, the benefits and concerns on virtual work and how to avoid any pitfalls of virtual teams. You will come away with new approaches on how to manage a virtual team, what skill set is needed, what tools to use, issues to avoid and how to ensure success.

The evening will begin with a presentation on best practices by Margaret Meloni, a project management coach, then transition into a lively panel discussion. You'll have an opportunity to post questions for Q&A at the end.

Join us for insights on effective communication in remote environments. Leverage these tools and techniques to transform your business landscape.

ZOOM REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
