Expired Events

Survey Dates: April 15-29

My name is Wendy Ross am a doctoral candidate at the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York, and a member of PMI Rochester. As part of my proposed doctoral dissertation, I am conducting a study to explore if there is a relationship between the Cultural Intelligence of project managers in the United States score on the Cultural Intelligence Scale, a predictor of factors of project success in diverse teams. Cultural Intelligence refers to an intelligence that can be measured and also improved through acquiring additional knowledge and interest in working with diverse teams. The purpose of this study is to learn more about whether Cultural Intelligence is important for successfully managing diverse project teams in the United States.

The survey includes three sections of questions that ask about your demographics, recent projects and cultural intelligence.  It is estimated the survey will take 10 minutes to complete.  Participants may also enter a personal email address to enter in a raffle for one of 20 Amazon gift cards in the amount of $10. At the end of the survey, participants will receive their Cultural Intelligence scores on-screen along with additional resources. If you are willing to be considered as a participant in this study, please click on the link below to complete the consent form and survey, please open the link here;
