Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) is an interactive and exercise-based Two-Day (8 hours each day) course that covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master in it.
This course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises and teaches what is at the
heart of the Scrum and Agile movement. The course also includes a free attempt at the globally
recognized Professional Scrum Master I certification exam (PSM I).
Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills™ (PSFS) is an interactive One-Day course designed to help Scrum teams and individuals develop proficiency in facilitation skills and learn when and how to select effective techniques for various circumstances.
Strong facilitation skills enable better problem-solving, more effective Scrum events, and
greater team alignment, all leading to better outcomes.
Professional Agile Leadership – Evidence-Based Management (PAL – EBM) is a One-Day workshop that uses a combination of instruction and team-based exercises to help participants learn how to form strategic goals at the organizational level and support agile teams to achieve better results. We cover leading cultural and behavioral changes that organizations need to obtain the benefits of an agile product delivery approach.
