One attendee tip: When choosing a virtual background, pick something dark so the reflection image when you move is less noticable. A dark background with a splash of color around where your face would be is less distractioning than a lighter background. If your workstation has a lot of clutter behing you, opt for a virtual tasteful background when interviewing!
