How to Craft a Valuable Project Manager Toolkit

The number and sophistication of the current day project management tools has made the Project Manager's job easier in many ways but more difficult in others.  A review of what adds value and what does not is a responsibility of the Project Manager.  Don't use tools just because they exist - use the tools that add value.
