Programs Pasadena | 2023 Self Built Float, “Secondhand Shenanigans”, On Site for a Hands On Milestone Review

Leadership = Power Skills

Back in May we discussed the milestone management necessary to get an all-volunteer
float into the Tournament of Roses Parade. December 15, 2022, gives us a chance to
review the December and January milestones in person.
Join us as the experts on Float Construction and Decorating take you through a
summary of the remaining steps along with the challenges, they present for getting
“Secondhand Shenanigans” onto the parade route on January 2, 2023.

Speaker: Pam Wiendenbeck

wiedenbeck-pam-200x200.jpgPam Wiedenbeck is an experienced project manager with more than 40 years of experience leading projects of all sizes, as well as training the next generation of project managers. She is currently a contract instructor for The Caltech Center for Technology and Management Education. Her most recent book on Amazon is ‘Pam, You Not Doing Job!’
Ms. Wiedenbeck earned a B.S. in Physics from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Planetary Science from The California Institute of Technology. She later completed the Executive M.B.A. program at The Peter F. Drucker and Masotoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at The Claremont Graduate University. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an active member of the PMI Los Angeles Chapter. She is currently serving as Treasurer for The La Canada Flintridge Tournament of Roses and as a member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Float Construction Committee.
