Programs Morning Meeting | How to Handle Uncomfortable Situations Effectively

Technical = Ways of Working

In this interactive session, a speaker will be using elements from three of his books, The Collaboration Effect, Peaceful Resolutions, and The Servant Manager.  Brain science will be applied to enlighten participants on the steps necessary in order to explore and enhance opportunities to provide for better client outcomes.

The speaker will give participants one of the tools they need so that they can apply this technique immediately at work and in life and other helpful information.

As a result of the session participants will be able to:

  • Learn some elements from neuroscience
  • Explain the benefits of alternative dispute resolution and mediation in greater detail
  • Address concerns typically raised by clients
  • Collaborate more effectively with clients
  • Leave with some bonus items
