Ferlicius Ong, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, SSYB, SFC is the Founder of CRE8VALUE, Co-Founder of Xpermark (Asia), Business and Digital Transformation Consultant, Corporate Trainer and Event Producer. She is also a Speaker for conferences to promote professional and personal development. Ferlicius is a strategic consultant and has led multinational digital transformation projects. Ferlicius has more than 22 years of combined experience in Change Management, International Project Management, GovTech Services, Business Agility and Digital Business Transformation. She is also a corporate trainer, trained more than 20,000 professionals globally from Corporate America, Private and Public Sectors. Additionally with her knowledge and experience, Ferlicius has combined the Sun Tzu Art of War strategies in her consulting practice for small to medium size businesses, where these ancient strategies have also been used by the military and big corporations internationally. Sun Tzu Art of War provides timeless lessons on strategy, leadership, and tactics that are still relevant today in many different fields, not just in warfare.

Dennis Price is a speaker, executive master coach, and corporate leadership trainer. Combining a strong background in relationships and communication with expertise in body-mind stress and pain relief, he has presented internationally and has personally coached individuals, organizations, and companies in a diverse variety of business sectors. The result is always increased productivity as well as greater fulfillment personally and professionally. For stress and pain relief involving the mind, Dennis became certified as a practitioner and master practitioner of NeuroLinguistic Programming and hypnosis, became certified in personal and executive coaching, taught corporate leadership and has worked as a trainer with Anthony Robbins live programs internationally since 1993. For physical, Dennis has had a career in emergency medicine as a firefighter and paramedic, working in ERs, and teaching in the emergency medicine department of Broward College. He also has taught over 300 seminars internationally on manual therapy for muscular pain relief.
