MULTI-CHAPTER MEETING I 8 Strategies of Relationship-Centered Leadership

Technical = Ways of Working

Relationship-centered leadership is building meaningful and productive relationships to raise performance and develop your team members.

Relationships are at the core of leadership. To effectively influence and lead your team you must first develop a strong relationship.

The eight strategies that are covered provide a foundation for your leadership. Implementing these will improve performance, engagement, morale, and retention.

This interactive presentation is designed to help you reflect on how you are currently managing relationships and discover new techniques to enhance your leadership.

Learning Objectives:

  • Increase understanding of the elements required to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
  • Develop leadership skills in key areas such as appreciation, accountability, and empowerment.
  • Have leaders develop an action plan to enhance their relationships.
