From Healthcare, Banking and Hospitality, and working with a global team with geographically distributed colleagues, he has managed to successfully deliver change.
As a Change Manager, Keith also works as a coach for senior leaders and executives, helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. He has created and implemented change management strategies and plans that maximized employee adoption and usage, and which minimized resistance. This led to increased benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieving the desired results and outcomes on a global change management project.
