In this workshop, Peace Unleashed mindset coaches Ellie Shoja and Neloo Naderi, provide you with a fundamental understanding of meditation and how it works. Discover the scientifically-proven benefits meditation has on your mind and body, and learn practical and actionable ways to incorporate meditation into your life, no matter how busy or how much anxiety you have.
What you will need: Please dress comfortably and have a quiet place to take the call, sitting in a place that is comfortable. That can be on a chair, on a meditation cushion on the ground, on the couch, etc.
