Do you know your preferred creative style? Knowing this can empower you to work more efficiently, collaboratively, energetically, and empathetically. Using an experiential process, each participant will use creativity to explore and solve a problem. All will gain an understanding of the four creative mindsets and how knowing their mindset preference can propel them to new heights.
After this session, you will have:
- Clarity on the four essential steps in the creative process
- Tips to implement creative solutions
- Tools to collaborate more efficiently
Session 3: 7 Traits of Effective Leaders, by Ferlicius Ong
Explore the 7 common traits of effective leaders and how this can be implemented easily in your role as an effective project management leader, leading a team and project for success
About the speakers
