2022 Rose Parade Float – On site milestone review for a Pandemic Year
Back in May we discussed the milestone management necessary to get an all-volunteer float into the Tournament of Roses Parade. December 16, 2021, gives us a chance to review the upcoming Float and Parade of 2022.
Join us in-person for a summary of the remaining steps along with the challenges they present for working in a Non-Profit in a return from COVID-19 Float Year.
Pam Wiedenbeck is an experienced project manager with more than 40 years of experience leading projects of all sizes, as well as training the next generation of project managers. She is currently a contract instructor for The Caltech Center for Technology and Management Education. Her most recent book on Amazon is ‘Pam, You Not Doing Job!’
Ms. Wiedenbeck earned a B.S. in Physics from the University of Michigan and an M.S. in Planetary Science from The California Institute of Technology. She later completed the Executive M.B.A. program at The Peter F. Drucker and Masotoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at The Claremont Graduate University. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an active member of the PMI Los Angeles Chapter. She is currently serving as Treasurer for The La Canada Flintridge Tournament of Roses and as a member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Float Construction Committee.

Note: Changes in LA County Health Department regulations may necessitate different vaccination and mask requirements, as well as taking this meeting virtual at short notice.
