Founder/CEO - Bridgewell LLC

Asia Bribiesca-Hedin is the founder and CEO of Bridgewell LLC, a strategy execution and leadership development firm in Southern California. She brings her 20-year background in consulting and strategy to coaching executives and professionals at every level who want better outcomes in their leadership effectiveness and career progression.
Prior to founding Bridgewell, Asia served as senior strategic portfolio leader at City of Hope where she spent 9 years helping execute on their organizational priorities. Asia's consulting career began right out of business school with the global consulting firm of Ernst & Young, where she partnered with leaders across a variety of industries.

Asia earned her MBA and MPA degrees at the University of Southern California after earning her BS in management from Pepperdine University. Asia holds a PMP, and her education includes advanced training in leadership, psychology, professional coaching, and real estate development. 

She is at home in Southern California with her husband and their 3 children.

Account Director / Recruitment of Tentek

Jonas has been in the recruiting industry for almost 14 years at TenTek in Los Angeles. He has run a full desk, while working diligently on his clients, including the multiple divisions of The Walt Disney Company. Mr. Schwartz-Owen found his greatest recruiting success has been working with referrals from consultants and friends. He finds building relationships will lead to finding the perfect candidate (soft skills/hard skills) for his clients.

Previous to recruiting, Mr. Schwartz-Owen was a desktop manager at Walt Disney Studios for over 10 years.

Vice President for Service - Lines and Patient Access at City of Hope

Kim spent 11 years at the University of Chicago Medical Center, working on performance improvement and patient experience projects. Her latter years at U of C were spent directing the oncology program with responsibility for all faculty functions, from bench research to clinical operations. In 2010, Kim became Director of Process Improvement at City of Hope National Medical Center, leading the organization through a wide array of performance improvement projects deploying the lean methodology and principles. The team was aligned with the burgeoning Enterprise Business Intelligence team, and later evolved into the Transformation Office, deploying project management and process thinking to the enterprise’s strategic initiatives.

She prides herself in turning data into action, executing strategies, and connecting stakeholders across the enterprise to deliver improvement and results.

Workforce Development Director of Kaiser Permanente WA

Denise Banuelos, Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity & Workforce Development Director of Kaiser Permanente Washington has a track record of transforming company culture as a collaborative change agent that inspires employees to bring their best selves to work. She brings over 25 years of experience leading and implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs in both non-profit and private sectors, including higher education, utilities, and healthcare.

Denise previously worked as Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at the California State University San Bernardino leading university-wide diversity programs. Before that she served as Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at City of Hope, a comprehensive Cancer Research Hospital where she was actively engaged with managing employee resource groups, and leading the expansion of Diversity & Inclusion strategies in the organization, the local community, and for patients.

Partner of Hahn and Hahn's Litigation and Employment Practice Groups

Laura V. Farber is a partner in the Pasadena law firm of Hahn & Hahn LLP where she practices civil litigation with an emphasis in employment disputes.

Laura serves in leadership roles with the American Bar Association and volunteers for a variety of organizations dedicated to advancing opportunities for women and diverse communities.

 She was named one of the top 50 women lawyers in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal and has earned awards for leadership and service from numerous organizations including the American Bar Association, the YWCA, KTLA, the NAACP, The Roybal Foundation, and the League of Women Voters.

 Laura is currently chairman of the Rose Bowl Management Committee and served as the immediate past president of the Pasadena Rose Parade.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Laura earned her bachelor’s degree from UCLA before earning her juris doctor from Georgetown University. 

Laura and her husband Tomás live in South Pasadena and have two children. In her free time, she enjoys music, tennis and reading.
