I would like to add additional guests, but I already purchased my ticket. How can I add guests at the Member Guest rate? Send an email to 50anniversary@pmi-la.org with a copy of your registration receipt and they will send you a coupon code for your guests. 

I forgot to add parking to my purchase. How do I purchase discounted parking?

 Send an email to 50anniversary@pmi-la.org with a copy of your registration receipt and they will send you a link to register for parking only. 
Can I purchase tickets only for the dinner event? All guests must enter through the main entrance of Universal Studios Hollywood and are required to have a park ticket. For our members and their guests, the entry and private event tickets are significantly discounted. If you choose to, you may purchase this ticket but only attend the dinner event. Please note that we will close our registration desk at 4:00 pm PT so our volunteers can participate in our group photo and encourage you to check in prior to that time.
Can I leave and re-enter the park at any time during the day? Yes, when you are leaving the park, the attendant will ask if you are planning to come back and will stamp your hand/wrist. Please always keep your ticket stubs with you. The stamp and ticket stub are needed for reentry. Standard re-entry restrictions for Universal Studios Hollywood apply.
I am a pass holder for Universal. Do I still need to purchase a ticket? Yes, our exclusive dinner event requires special wristbands for entry. You are welcome to take this is an opportunity to invite a guest to USH at a discounted rate and register for one attendee. Can you access Super Mario World with the tickets? 
 Yes, please note that you may have to set up reservation times to enter Super Mario World when you get to the park. More information on reservations is available on Universal's website: https://www.universalstudioshollywood.com/web/en/us/plan-your-visit/virtual-line 
I have purchased my tickets but plan to arrive after 4:00 pm PT. Where should I check in? Please email 50anniversary@pmi-la.org
Is there a special rate for tickets for children? General admission for children between the ages of 3 and 9 costs $143 for the day of the event. The theme park entry and the dinner event combined offer rate is the same for all guests.  
Can kids attend the dinner event? Yes, all registered attendees young and young-at-heart will receive entry wristbands during check-in. Attendees under the age of 21 will receive a different color wristband for bar service purposes.
Will you have special assistance for attendees with limited mobility? Yes, please email 50anniversary@pmi-la.org with the name(s) and assistance needed and we will coordinate this with the venue. Can my company sponsor the event?

Yes! PMI-LA honors and encourages corporate partnerships to increase awareness of the project management profession. Please review our sponsorship package here and contact our sponsorship team.
What is the dress code for the dinner event? Come as comfortable as you want to be at Universal Studios Hollywood. We expect you to have fun and enjoy the theme park before the event. If you like, you can change into business casual or party attire for the dinner event (in case the paparazzi shows up!). See below for instructions on re-entering the park should you have to leave to collect your attire from your car or hotel room.
How can I volunteer for the event? We are looking for volunteers to help us with the check-in desk. Time commitment is for 1 hour, after which you can enjoy the theme park and its offerings. You will still need to purchase your event ticket by registering on our website. Volunteers will be offered lunch for participation. I am coming to LA for this event. Are there any other events I can join for this celebration? Yes! Our celebration continues on June 2 at Anaheim Marriot Suites in Garden Grove. A separate registration is needed for the event. Please review our event posting here and complete your registration for attendance. We are excited to share that Pierre Le Manh, President & CEO of PMI, and Menaka Gopinath, Chief Marketing Officer for PMI will be participating in a panel to discuss PMI and Social Impact.

I am traveling to LA for this event. What hotel is recommended for the stay? 

If you are coming to the Universal Studios Event, Universal Sheraton or Universal Hilton are your best choices as they are within walking distance from the park. 

If you also plan to attend the June 2 event, you may consider the Anaheim Marriot Suites in Garden Grove, which is the host hotel for our event. Please note that this hotel is roughly 45 minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood.
