Chapter Bylaws
Current Bylaws (Transition Pending)
The current PMI-LA Bylaws were approved by the chapter members in 2016. These Bylaws are the governing document for the chapter. PMI-LA operates under a set of Bylaws used to govern its members and the regulations of its affairs. These Bylaws are adopted by the PMI-LA members and are in line with California state law in the applicable areas as well as with PMI Global Operations Center. In order to provide the most up-to-date governance of PMI-LA, PMI GOC requests that the chapter review the Bylaws approximately every three years and update them as necessary. The Board of Directors and Trustees are currently reviewing the Bylaws.
