Setting Yourself Up for Success: 5 ways to successfully get a project off the ground and how this ensures against the top 3 reasons why projects fail.

While some of us have an opportunity to start a project from the ground up, others have to jump right into the project while it’s in-flight!  After many years of working in the corporate world chartered with getting projects successfully completed - ranging from SAP implementations to Brazilian Investigations on Company ERP data to Salesforce implementations across various industries - Sarah has five nuggets of gold for you to add to your tool belt.  When the time is right, you can leverage these nuggets to hit home runs in your professional life.  Whether you are a consultant or practice leader in an organization, these treasures will add value to your existing knowledge base, providing you with more enhanced critical thinking, understanding, and creativity to take your next endeavor to new heights!

Sarah is excited to provide you with wisdom from the perspective of a female Gen Y/Millennial consultant that can help you see and work better with the younger generation, who are making up over 35% of our workforce.

Patterson has more than 15 years of experience across a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, financial services, fitness, compliance, forensics,  intelligence, and more. In the Fall of 2011, she founded SP Global Consulting (now Value Integrators) after identifying a growing need for strong consulting services solving problems with high impact in a cost-effective manner.

She believes that the technology, processes, and data in your organization should add value to your daily work, and not be a chore to maintain. Businesses should also be able to rely on efficient practices to make sound decisions. Her experience collaborating with different companies - understanding their specific intricacies, identifying customized solutions, and executing the plan she outlines - have built her a reputation as an effective and efficient partner for any size business.

Sarah has a knack for energizing the organization to achieve more together than on its own.  She thrives on partnering with companies to unlock areas of value when they somehow got stuck along the way because we all do, at some point or another!  Having the right consulting outlook is key to keeping the train of your company on its track, steaming ahead at an optimal pace.
